I was born in Denmark but have been living in Switzerland for the past 30 years. My family is the most important part for me - I have two grown-up sons with whom I spend a lot of time. Usually, you can find me most often in the great outdoors, where ever there are animals and of course... in the water!

Always being in motion, that's my slogan - both physically and mentally. Movement generates positive energy and that is what keeps us alive and makes our beings worth a living, isn't it? I look forward to getting to know you!

Registration for courses

A course cycle (trimester) contains between 12 and 15 lessons of 45 minutes each. It is possible to join the course at any time during a trimester.
